You need an apostrophe in hadn't because it combines had not into a contraction. Rosa's and Saturday's both need an apostrophe to show ownership. Rosa owns the warning, and Saturday owns the picnic. The comma after warning is needed because it separates the dependent clause with the independent clause. The comma between sudden and torrential separates the list of adjectives. Without the comma sudden would be describing torrential rather than rainstorm.
