    Atticus speaks that once the higher court analyzes this case, Tom has a good chance of going free or at least bringing in a new trial. As Atticus clarify, "Tom Robinson's a colored man, Jem. No jury in this part of the world's going to say, 'We assume you're guilty, but not very; on a charge like that".
