Sir Charles is said to have died in heart attack after seeing a dog thinking it was Hound of Hell.

    Explanation:

In the story, "Hound of Baskervilles" when Sherlock Holmes is introduced to the case, he is told he dies of heart attack and it was actually so sudden and a huge tragedy. Sir Charles is said to have died in heart attack after seeing a dog thinking it was Hound of Hell.

It is seen that, there were no prints or presence of any human, but paw prints in the scene, but Holmes does find that it wasn't a supernatural hound but after all Sir Charles was killed.

And it is proved that Sir Charles was in fact killed by his neighbor Henry in greed for his land believing it was his right to have such a big estate.
