What section of the Declaration of Independence discusses the Kings actions?

The Grievances discuss the actions of the king that the colonists had problems with.

Some of the things that were discussed was if we should all be single countries or if we should be one. They also discussed if we should be a republic or a democracy, if we were going to have equal voting rights or if only one race/sex would be allowed to vote.
