When you're in astanding position, your liver sits on top of your stomach in relation to the ground. When a dog is in a standing position, its liver is on the same level as its stomach with respect to the ground. However, in both cases, the liver is said to be cranial to the stomach. This is because the A. stomach is closer to the spine than the liver. B. liver is closer to the head than the stomach. C. stomach is closer to the head than the liver. D. liver is closer to the navel than the stomach.
