Sentence B Whom will drive me to the party is wrong since whom is mistaken for who. Sentence C. She is theone whom will be throwing the party as well should use who instead of whom in the sentence. This also applies for sentence D. who is a subject pronoun which asks for the person who does the action while whom is used as an object pronoun. Correct answer is A.
