Explain the role of women in Rilke's life, and how this role is reflected in poems such as "Spanish Dancer."

    The poem Spanish Dancer by Rilke clearly describes a woman who, in the beginning, was abused and frightened. She was scared to fight back and speak up. But then she started standing up for herself and began to grow and influence others. This is related to the women Rilke met during his journey in poetry.
