    6. That it was not illegal to burn the American flag

    7. I do not believe that burning the flag should be allowed. Just because someone is upset with the judicial system does not mean they can disgrace over 200 years of hard work.

    8. Yes, burning the flag Is protected under the first amendment. "abridging the freedom of speech, infringing on the freedom of the press, interfering with the right to peaceably assemble or prohibiting the petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances." - part of the first amendment stopping someone from burning the flag is infringing on their rights
