What conclusion can be drawn about Juliet based on her response to Romeo's banishment?

Juliet: Art thou gone so? my lord, my love, my friend!

I must hear from thee every day in the hour,

O! by this count I shall be much in years

Ere I again behold my Romeo.

She is independent and has a plan to make the prince change his mind.
