"The Most Dangerous Game" is an adventure fictional story which was written by Richard Connell. The passage above is an excerpt taken from the story. This short story has also been adapted in film but there are slight differences as to how it is portrayed. In this case, the narration as it is presented in the film is that, in the firm, the dialogue about the trap was interrupted and shown visuals how the trap works.
