Which sentence is written correctly?

I wrote a letter (to the mayor) asking for increased funding for our schools.

Earning a spot on the football team (which has won the championship the last two years) is quite an accomplishment.

Martin a safe driver was able to pass his driving test on the first attempt.

A new bakery, and coffee shop, will open on campus next fall in time for the start of the new fall semester.
