The note taking method that would be the best for her use is: Cornell method

In Cornell method, the notes on your hand will be divided into two columns (the right one should be larger than the left one)

The left one should be used for writing keywords (themes, plots, and characters) and the right column should be used for in-depth review for each keyword.
