In your opinion, what is the moral of the story Romeo and Juliet?

    In my opinion, the moral of the story Romeo and Juliet is not to make rash decisions. As you already know, Juliet drank the sleeping potion to appear dead, but Romeo didn't even try to feel her pulse or anything to see if she was still alive - no, he committed suicide straight away.

    Had he had enough time to think about his decision, he or she wouldn't have had to die.

    Also, the story talks about how this young love is very tricky and impulsive - do you even believe that these two teenagers fell so in love they had to elope right away?
