What is wrong with the following example?

The meteorologist predicted rain and cloudy weather for the next week. It was rainy and cloudy so we couldn't go outside as much.

A. too brief

B. repetitious

C. important information isn't first

    B you can't repeat stuff when you are just trying to be informative

    B, it repeats "rainy and cloudy" which may not seem like much, but is quite annoying
