Hector is the older son of Troy brother of Paris who started the 10 year war with the Greeks against Troy and the 10 year voyage back home.

Paris being rediscovered by his parents after being missing since birth, is given the chance to take more responsibility for Troy so he is sent to Sparta to make deals with the greeks but instead swooed Helen of troy and ran away together back to troy. starting the Trojan war.

Hector was a great military general but was killed by Hercules and was left blind, deaf, and dum, then dragged by carriage back to the Spartan camp.
