    hyperbole

A hyperbole is an over exaggeration. in this sentence, the speaker is over exaggerating the quickness with which the girl finished the test. It is highly unlikely she only took two seconds, but that is what it felt like to the speaker since she and others took much longer.

A simile is a comparison between two unlike things using like or as. A metaphor is comparing two unlike things without using like or as. Even thought the speaker is comparing her time taking the test and another girl's, these are not unlike items so the comparison is not considered a metaphor. The verbs in this sentence are compared, took, and finish. These are not strong verbs.
