    Answer "B" is correct because the way the sentence originally appears is with an error in parallelism. For a sentence to be parallel, it should have list items (note that a list/series is two or more items) appear with same/similar grammatical elements. The original-"brave warriors and those who were good-consists of an adjective|noun (brave|warriors) followed by and adjective|pronoun|verb|adjective (thoses|who|were|good), which is thus not paralle. To correct this, as well as make this more concise, you can just use adjectives-"brave" and "good"-and that will make this sentence’s list parallel.
