    Time Traveler's age equals Utopia

    Explanation:

First the little trick Thomas More used: Utopia (Greek: ou-topos) literally means no place, but the almost identical Greek word eu-topos means a good place.

Now a Time Traveler's age is both: it doesn't exist as such, but it definitely, in our imagination at least, would be an interesting and good place. All the concepts mentioned in the question are important if we could travel through time. Interested in a good book about time travelling? Read The door into summer by Robert Heinlein.
