"What is wrong with the quotation in this example?

A. The information in the quote is taken out of context.

B. The information is the quote has already been stated.

    The previous sentence says the exact same thing just in a different order - labs must go through a rigorous testing process. The quote should prove the statement correct, not repeat it. A better quote to choose from the source is an explanation of the testing process. This would then prove it's rigor.
