What is the conflict in the book " my sister the vampire revamped "

I can't claim to have read the book, but in a summary online, the conflict appears to be about Olivia, the "cheerleader" (and non-vampire) twin of a young vampire girl called Ivy. Olivia is not being accepted in the vampire community, first by Ivy's adoptive father, then by the "vampire officials", who are asking Olivia to fulfill three tests.
