General or Specific

1. Executives kept fake accounting records to hide the fact that the company was losing money.

2. Employees were Strongly encouraged to buy stock, which is now worthless.

3. Too company executives made millions of dollars while the company was failing

4. Officers of that failed energy company should be put in jail for a long time.
