Antonym is defined as word with opposite meaning to another word. Since 'stanza' is an arrangement of a certain number of lines, usually four or more, sometimes having a fixed length, meter, or rhyme scheme, forming a division of a poem, it does not have an opposite word, or an antonym. However, if we look at poetry and prose as two opposing literary genres, antonym of stanza could be a division of text, 'passage' or 'paragraph'. Synonyms of stanza are verse and strophe.

There’s no really specific word for Stanza’s antonyms. However, we can use word to describe the antonym of stanza. Stanza refers to a certain division of words in a poem. It is basically of two or more lines with specific patterns, number of lines and rhyme in the end. It is something that has a fixed length and scheme.

In opposite paragraph doesn’t have this kind of characteristic. Paragraph do not mind about the rhyme, the length and the scheme of each sentences inside its body. Thus we can consider paragraph as the antonym of Stanza.
