    The correct answer is B. Our three main objectives are removing lead from the water supply, replacing the broken pipes, and getting the water flowing again as fast as possible.

    A parallel structure means that the same form of words is used throughout the sentence. As you can see here, gerunds are used throughout: removing, replacing, and getting. The other examples are mixing the forms a bit, and therefore do not show parallel constructions.
