    The ones that are correctly punctuated are letters B, C, and D.

    Letter A, on the other hand, is incorrectly punctuated.

    Explanation:

    "Ultimately" is an adverb, usually synonym to "finally", "eventually" and so on. When it shows up in the middle of a sentence, it should come betweem commas. Thus, the correct punctuation for the sentence in letter a would be:

    - Test results mar show that, ultimately, the hockey player did not use steroids.
