Francisco is prepared to recount his retained bit of the Declaration of Independence and Border Patrol appear at remove him. Truly-they simply appear at his study hall and that is it, Francisco comprehends what will occur (he's making a beeline for Mexico), and he's not battling it. Francisco is going to peruse a standout amongst the most critical reports in American history (one that discussions about opportunity, rights, freedoms and so forth.), and he is simply removed without a state in it; this complexities the 'rights' that unlawful settlers contrasted with U. S. natives, since they aren't constantly treated sympathetically.

In the end of "The Circuit" by Francisco Jimenez, the protagonist Francisco is in a classroom and is prepared to recite one of the most important documents in American history - the Declaration of Independence. Before he is able to recite it, he is taken away by Border Patrol and is most likely being sent back to Mexico. He was denied the very rights he was asked to memorize in school.

Francisco's experience as an illegal immigrant child in California develops the theme of social injustice, because despite Francisco working hard and overcoming a series of discrimination and obstacles throughout the story, Francisco and his family work hard, live in terrible conditions, and at school Francisco makes an effort to learn English, but he understands that the freedom and rights that United States citizens are entitled to is not available to him because he is an illegal immigrant. This is considered social injustice because he is being treated differently because of his citizenship status.
