How many personal pronouns are in the passage? (Do not count any reflexive, intensive, or indefinite pronouns.)

" For what I am doing, I do not understand; for I am not practicing what I would like to do, but I am doing the very thing I hate. But if I do the very thing I do not want to do, I agree with the Law, confessing that the Law is good. So now, no longer am I the one doing it, but sin which dwells in me. For I know that nothing good dwells in me, that is, in my flesh; for the willing is present in me, but the doing of the good is not. For the good that I want, I do not do, but I practice the very evil that I do not want. But if I am doing the very thing I do not want, I am no longer the one doing it, but sin which dwells in me. I find then the principle that evil is present in me, the one who wants to do good. For I joyfully concur with the law of God in the inner man, but I see a different law in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and mak

    Explanation:

Personal pronouns are words that substitute or replace specific nouns, be it a person, animal, thing, place, event, etc. There are mainly three types of personal pronouns: Subject pronouns (I, we, you, he, she, it, they), object pronoun (me, us, you, him, her, it, them) and possessive pronouns (mine, ours, yours, his, hers, its, theirs).

In the passage there are 28 personal pronouns, 7 of which are object pronouns: "me" and "it" and 21 are subject pronouns: "I"

For what 1) I am doing, 2) I do not understand; for 3) I am not practicing what 4) I would like to do, but 5) I am doing the very thing 6) I hate. But if 7) I do the very thing 8) I do not want to do, 9) I agree with the Law, confessing that the Law is good. So now, no longer am 10) I the one doing 11) it, but sin which dwells in 12) me. In this passage we have 21 personal pronouns and they are all "I"

For I joyfully concur with the law of God in the inner man, but I see a different law in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and make."
