A limitation means a disadvantage, flaw or drawback of something. In this case the question is asking what the flaw of first person is.
With first person narration we are only exposed to the thoughts an feelings of one person. A limitation to this is that we don't know what the other characters think or feel through out the story. We only know their actions as seen through the first person.
