    Appositive

    Phrase

    Restrictive.

    Explanation:

    Appositive nouns are parts of a sentence that adds more information to a portion in a sentence. It usually comes after a noun or noun phrase in a sentence. Examples; Lee Van, the Chinese warrior, loves horses and cats.

    The Chinese warrior is an appositive noun phrase that gives us additional information about Lee Van.

    A Phrase is a part of a clause that has its own grammatical structure. It has no subject or verb therefore it does not make complete sense. It requires another portion of a sentence to convey a complete thought.

    Example include : My brother Ben eats rice every weekend.

    My brother Ben functions as a phrase in the sentence. The phrase does not contain its own subject and verb.

    Restrictive clause is an adjectival clause that gives additional meaning to the word it modifies. It usually begins with words such as that, which, whom, whose, where. Examples include;

    I brought the food that I cooked to school today.

    The house where she lives was sold to Mr. Holding's family.

    The clause "that I cooked" contains the verb "cooked" and the subject "I". It modifies the noun "food" in the sentence.
