In Romeo and Juliet act 3, scene 2, why does Juliet send a ring to Romeo?

    Juliet sends a ring to Romeo as a token of her love. Juliet finds out the Romeo has been exiled for killing Tybalt. The nurse says she knows where Romeo is and she will make sure he will wed Juliet. Juliet gives the ring to her nurse to give to Romeo.
