    I believe the correct answer is B. Viola. Viola is a typical Shakespearean comedy character - she dresses up like a man so as not to be recognized. She wants to find out some information that she wouldn't be able to find out as a woman, which is why she disguises herself to look like a man named Cesario. This is why I believe she is the perfect example of appearance versus reality - when it comes to her appearance, she looks like a man (when in disguise), but in reality, she is a woman.
