What are the costs and benefits of teaching television as a form of literature in classrooms?

    I think that it really depends on what is being taught in the class room.

    Explanation:

    I say that if the teacher was showing a documentary about world war 2, then yes, the benefit of the t. v. would be to teach kids about the experiences that those soldiers faced during that time. A downfall of the usage of television in the classroom is those students who seek attention by making inappropriate comments about what they just learned.
