    preoperational stage

    Explanation:

Jean Piaget developed the theory of cognitive development which focuses on the development of human intelligence. The theory throws light on the working of intelligence in human beings. He believed that knowledge is preoccupied in the mind of the people. Humans explore their intelligence during their growth and by solving the problems. In the preoperational stage, the children play by pretending themselves and games related to symbolic plays. The children start to add logic to the things happening around them.
