In the first paragraph it states.'' According to some scholars, when poorly educated people read, wrote, and spoke, they corrupted the english language. and in the second paragraph it states that they didnt have various dictionaries so what i am explaining is that people couldnt speak english because of being poorly tought. And noone could understand what people were saying so that is why english scholars felt dired to need english language so they cant understand what other people are saying
