Sentence A correctly uses the possessive form. I was anxious to visit Nicole and Sofia's house because I rarely saw my cousins.

The Chicago Manual of Style says that "when two nouns "possess" the same entity, only the second takes an apostrophe (') " which is exactly the case in sentence A. Both Nicole and Sofia own the same house.
