I think most minority groups would often resort to street protest. In my country, many minority groups often resolve to street protest or transportation strikes. In some cases, it doesn't work out that well. Many minority groups can only do this to state their ideas as well their side of the story. There are times that the majority will listen to their appeal, but it takes a longer process.
