When the suffix is ceive (pronounced seeve) the spelling is always ceive. So,

conceive, deceive and receive. In science the pronounciation is different. It's (aience), so the spelling is different, too, So, 'B' is the only one correct

The correctly spelled word is B. science. The other three words have their "i" in the wrong place. The correct spelling would be deceive, conceive and receive. You can also see that the different order of the vowels results in different pronunciation.
