Read this passage: My opponent thinks that he would make an effective class president, but he received Cs and Ds on recent tests. Is this the kind of person you want to serve in office? Which logical fallacy is used in this passage?

    no i wouldn't want this kind of person serving in office. his grades show a lack of devotion and handwork. if he doesn't even have the responsibility to study and ace his tests how would he have the responsibility to be class president?
