Which is the best way to revise the following sentences?

Mary and Bill both liked modern painting. Naturally, they both chose a museum as their first date.

    The correct answer is number two, they are two sentences that could stand alone but are joined by a semicolon.

    It's choice number one because a comma shouldn't be used after Mary and Bill so the last two are wrong. Choice number two has a semicolon and we don't use that in this sentence.
