I'm not sure who Anaya is, or if she's a character from a book, or a poem, but I presume it's because she feels that books and libraries make her feel free. Maybe she finds freedom in reading a book and forgetting everything that's happening in reality, and instead, delves deep into the realms buried into each book.

Maybe she feels free once she's in the library; the freedom that comes with being in the library and having the liberty to choose from a wide variety of books. Maybe she feels as if she's finally able to breathe once she steps into a library, or when she opens a book, and dives deep into a World that's she's entranced by.
