    Answer: It should be fully noted that, the narrator's tone is negative. It appears derogatory when he uses the words "little mental", which connotes "small mind", with little perception; sense of superiority is being shown in the narrator. Though, when the narrator split out the word "sky", he/she implies it to be something positive in nature. Evidently, "sky" connotes something beautiful and enormous itself, but with additional word like adjective "little" even shows more superiority. However, if the person described that, the narrator uses the word "sky", and for himself uses the word "universe". Considering the mood, it shows that the narrator is merciless; for he/she has he no impediment to misjudge a person. By so doing, he/she has given a melancholic mood to the person described by using the words "clouds of inferiority". It should be noted that, melancholy gives us a much low range of emotions, for the emotions will remain static, it won't go upper again.
