    The use of quotation marks for the expressions "deconstruct" and "commodity fetishism" besides the use of the words what she called and before I knew what was what shows a person who doesn't understand all the technical language the speaker is using.

    The other options only center in one world and option C has a general idea of the complete paragraph.
