Read this excerpt from Henry David Thoreau's "Resistance to Civil Government"

When i meet a government which says to me "your money or your life" why should i be in haste to give it my money? it may be in a great strait and not know what to do: it is not worth the while to snivel about it. I am not responsible for the successful working of the machinery of society.

I don't think it's paralellism because there are no paralells (comparing 2 similar thing)

It is not rhyme because there is no rhyme

logos: is logic or building a logical arguemtn with facts

    ethos is emotion-based aregement

    I will translate the paragraph:

gov wants money or your life

    this is a great decision

I don't care because I am don't do anything for society

so seems to be more of ethos to me thatn logos
