Paralanguage is how you say something, not what you say. Pitch, volume, and rate are all three forms of paralanguage. Everyday language, everyday speech, informal language, or colloquial language, is the most used variety of a language, which is usually employed in conversation or other communication in informal situations. An example of such language is called a colloquialism, or casualism.
In summary, paralanguage and colloquialism are forms of speech.
