Which sentence is an effective example of I-language?

"You need to do your chores."

"I've told you a million times to take out the trash."

"I wish you'd do your chores when I ask you to."

"I don't like having to remind you about your chores."

    The use of I-language is a way to authentically express yourself. By injecting You/your or they, it becomes the you/they language. So with that in mind, I would chose the second sentence "I've told you a million times to take out the trash."
