Withered leaves fall to the ground

Autumn turns to winter in this heartless town

The former flame is now nothing but smoke

This fading clown has told his final joke

What once was day, now turns to night

The end of our love, I will not fight.

    If I was to take a guess I would pick D. Death and endings. Because all these sentences are talking about something coming to an end. Leaves die. Autumn ends and winter comes and so on.

    I think is sadness, because the poem it says now turns to night the end of our love, I will not fight. that means sadness or breaking heart
