An example of resourcefulness is someone who is able to overcome any possible problems that may arise. They also bend the rules, they look for the common good, they adapt and apply other experiences, they dare to ask for what they need, etc.
The definition of resourceful is the ability to overcome problems or to make do with what is available to create a solution.
