What does this part of the soliloquy reveal about Hamlet?

    He doesn't believe that he is sufficiently incredible and chooses that all contemplations of his that aren't vicious are useless. He supposes he is a defeatist for giving Claudius a chance to live and promises to get exact retribution. He gets ready for Hamlet to be killed when he gets to England.
