Her relationship with him allows her to refuse Paris' hand in marriage and kill herself instead. Her relationship with Romeo is so strong, she would die rather than be a disloyal wife to him: "O, bid me leap, rather than marry Paris." (l. 78).

Also, I think she is hinting that her actions done for Romeo is proof of her wit and courage: "Thou hast the strength of will to slay thyself." (l. 73) This means that she has the strength and courage to kill herself for Romeo.
