It could really be a b or c. a - a sane person probably wouldn't do this but who knows? b-i guess some social media freaks could use a gps to collect everywhere they pass/stop in a roadtrip that they night have forgotten. c. Undercover cops may use gps to to track a fugitive or any criminal really.

maybe even d if the person has schizophrenia
