    Well I hope most schools don't have a death penalty so A. is out of the way, B. doesn't make any sense either, I mean heated punishment what are they going to burn you? C. makes sense as in old times some kids got punished with whippings with belts or paddles, and D. could make sense in context, like getting falsely punished but honestly the best answer here is C. in my opinion.
